The exhilarating state of a person consumed by the creative process and an internal observer. The image of an idealized woman appears only sporadically, symbolizing a living contact without intimacy.
Blood is used as a material and a resource, while repetitions and physical gestures capture the moment when obsession and the need for recognition become a form of existence. The work shows the painful transformation of an internal state in visual form.
