For me, this work is about fear as a state that gradually consumes a person and becomes part of their identity. The images of dark creatures appearing in the frame refer to childhood associations and primal forms of anxiety, where fear manifests not metaphorically, but quite literally.
The enclosed space, restricted facial expressions, and anxious breathing create a sense of stillness and a lack of forward movement. The finale remains open: the possibility of breaking away from this state exists, but the decision is left to the viewer. For me, the visual image becomes a way to trigger an internal dialogue and provide space for individual choice.
